Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You can opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising in either of these ways. Neither needs an account or verification.

• Global Privacy Control (GPC): turn it on in a browser or extension that supports it. We treat the signal as an opt-out for that browser and, when you are signed in, for your account.
• This page: choose “Opt out on this browser” below. To opt out for your account and email address too, send an opt-out request with the form.

Make a Privacy Request

We confirm requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. To protect you, we verify access, deletion and correction requests by confirming that you control the email address on our records.

Delete Your Account Yourself

If you have an account, you can delete it right away from your account page. A running All-Access Pass or paid API plan must end first, so you are not charged for an account that no longer exists.

Emails, Texts and Location

• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Texts: reply STOP to any text from us.
• Location: say no when asked, or turn location off in your browser or device settings.
• Cookies: see our Cookie Policy.

Authorized Agents and Appeals

An authorized agent may make a request for you; we may ask for your signed permission and to verify your identity directly. If we deny a request, you may appeal within 45 days using the form above or by emailing privacy@chargingnear.me with the subject “Privacy Appeal”, and we will answer within 45 days.
