ChargingNear.me Monthly Charge-Up Drawing — Official Rules

1. Sponsor. Wins Parking, LLC, 56 Edwards Village Blvd, Unit 124, Edwards, CO 81632, which operates ChargingNear.me ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

3. Drawing periods. Each calendar month is a separate drawing. Each period starts at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Time on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time on the last day. The first period runs from Nov 2, 2026 to Nov 30, 2026. Sponsor may end the program at any time by posting notice; any period already open runs to its end.

4. How to enter, app. Download the free ChargingNear.me app and sign in. Each verified check-in at a charging station earns 1 entry. Limit: 1 entry per station per day, and 30 entries per person per period.

5. How to enter, free online method. Go to chargingnear.me/drawing/enter. Enter your name, email address and state, and answer "What charger did you last use, or would you like to try?" Each submission earns 1 entry. Limit: 1 per day and 30 per person per period. This method gets equal weight with app entries. No app, account or purchase is needed.

6. Entry limits. The combined limit is 30 entries per person per period across all methods. Entries made by script, bot, multiple accounts or other automated means are void.

7. Prize. One winner per period receives a $50 digital gift card, chosen by Sponsor from cards usable at major EV charging networks or a general-purpose prepaid card. Approximate retail value: $50. Total prize value per period: $50. No cash alternative and no transfer, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. A person may win at most once every 12 months.

8. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the period.

9. Winner selection. Within 5 business days after each period ends, Sponsor selects one winner at random from all eligible entries, using a verifiable random process. Sponsor's decisions are final.

10. Notification. The potential winner is notified by email and in the app. The winner must respond within 7 days and may be required to confirm eligibility. If a winner does not respond, is ineligible or does not comply, an alternate winner is drawn from the remaining entries.

11. Taxes. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

12. Conduct. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entries, files false check-ins or violates these rules. A check-in is "verified" when it passes ChargingNear.me's normal location and abuse checks.

13. Release and limits of liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates and Apple Inc. from claims arising from the drawing or the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. If the drawing cannot run as planned, Sponsor may cancel or modify it and award the prize from eligible entries received before the problem.

14. Privacy. Entry information is used to run the drawing and is handled under the ChargingNear.me Privacy Policy at chargingnear.me/privacy.

15. Law and venue. Colorado law governs. Any dispute is resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts serving Eagle County, Colorado.

16. Apple. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this drawing in any way.

17. Charging networks. Charging networks named in the app or on a gift card do not sponsor or endorse this drawing.

18. Winner list. For the winner's first name, last initial and state, email support@chargingnear.me within 60 days after the period ends.
