Driver reports from the last 30 days move it up to +20 or down to −40, with failures weighing 1.5 times successes. A failure in the last 48 hours caps it at 40; a success in that window lifts it to at least 85.","Confirmation dates come from AFDC’s date_last_confirmed and our own verification passes.
